A:  A Bed & Breakfast Accommodation is an Owner self occupied home with extra rooms where an international traveler can stay as paying guest which is registered with Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.  A Bed & Breakfast Accommodation is a flexible alternative to the star hotel with the coziness of a home where traveler can entertain clients or friends.  It is just home away from home.

Q:  How come “Global Home Stay is different from a Hotel?
A:   Global Home Stay provides is guests all the advantage of the fully furnished rooms with house keeping facilities.  You can experience the taste, culture of real India with real Indian home only in home stay.

Q:  What kind of facilities “Global Home Stay” offers?
A:  All the rooms of Global Home Stay is spotlessly clean, air-conditioned with attached bathrooms with western toilets, fully made up beds, free safe deposit lockers etc.

Q: How can I view the room before booking?
A: If you want to view the rooms physically before booking you are welcome to see but that is subject to availability of the room.  If the room is occupied than it can not be shown.  We do sell our rooms in advance for weeks and months.  However, you can see the picture of the room online on our website.

Q: Will I get car rental facility?
A: We have a tie up with a local taxi service.  On your request we will provide the taxi for local sight seeing and for other worth seeing places.

Q:  Can we use the Dining room/lounge as a meeting place with our guests?
A: Yes, sure you can use it.  Refreshments/meals are available on request.

Q:  What is the procedure for booking of the rooms?
A:  You have to send an email or call on the +91-11-9818362434 booking will be confirmed that is subject to availability of the rooms.

Q: How do I pay and when I have to pay?
A:  Payments can be made by Credit Cards like AMEX / VISA / MASTER CARD, Pay Pal, Bank transfer if the stay is long.  For the short stay payment is accepted in Rupees in cash at the check-in-time.

Q: What are the security arrangements?
A:  We have 24x7 security guards and the Global Home Stay is very safe especially for single women because the family of the host is also residing in the same building.

Q:  Is there any facility for Airport Transfer/Pick-up and what is the rate?
A.  Certainly facility is available at the nominal charges of USD $15 per trip.
