Room Rates

• Single Occupancy  :  INR 1500/- (Approximately USD $ 30) per night
• Double Occupancy :  INR 2000/- (Approximately USD $ 40) per night
• Extra person         :  INR  500/-  (Approximately USD $10)  per night

Meals

• Full Breakfast Continental/Indian of your choice included in room rates
• Timing of Breakfast is between 8:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. in the dining area.
• Lunch : INR 300/- per person (Approximately USD $ 6/-) per person
• Dinner: INR 300/- per person (Approximately USD $ 6/-) per person
• We offer the special home cooked meal contains low fat vegetable oils

Airport Transfer Facility

• INR 750/- (Approximately USD $ 15) per transfer from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Domestic Palam Airport, New Delhi Railway Station.

Policies

• We accept Cash for stay of short duration.
• Credit Cards (AMEX/MASTER/VISA) accepted for long stay. 

• Charge of 3.8% of total bill shall be levied in the case of AMEX Card
• Charge of 2.5% of total bill shall be levied in the case of VISA/MASTER
  cards (subject to change as per prevailing rates)      

• Deposit amount will be 50% of the total amount
• Full refund for cancellation up to one week prior to date of arrival.  50% refund for cancellation is less than one week prior to date of arrival.  No refund for failure to notify regarding cancellation or a no show.
• For the period December 15th to January 2nd, no refund for cancellation.

Miscellaneous

• Global Home Stay open all the year round
• No. minimum or maximum stay period
• Check-in-time     2  noon
• Check-out-time 12 noon

(If there are no conflicting reservations, we are liberal with check in and check out timings)

Discounts

• 10% off on all the stays over 9 nights.
• 15% off on all the stays over 20 nights.

(The above discounts are not applicable during peak season that is December, January & February.  No cancellations will be accepted, nor would be made for this period)
